Local fix

• - Connect to the IBM Administration Console for Content Platform
  Engine (ACCE).
  - Select Target object store > goto > Events, Actions, Processes
  > Subscriptions and click CmAcmPFSCaseUpdateSubscription.
  - On the Subscribed events tab, move "Update event" from
  "Selected events" to "Available events" and save the changes.
  

Problem summary

• This error message occurs in the Content Platform Engine (CPE)
  and Business Automation Workflow logs whenever the properties
  are updated in a case, which is frequent. When this error
  message is in the logs and the automatic retry mechanism is
  enabled in the CPE, the error messages will appear more and more
   frequently while retrying occurs.
  

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available or will be available that removes the IBM
  Process Federation Server subscription if it is not configured
  in the environment, which ensures the "TWClientConnectionFactory
   not found" error is not logged in the external ECM application
  server logs after you upgrade.
